• Return Eligibility:

    Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged during the shipping process and documented with a video recording of the unboxing and inspection. To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide a full, uncut video recording of the unboxing and inspection of the received item. This video must clearly show any damage incurred during shipping. Returns for any other reason besides shipping damage will not be accepted.

  • Return Process:

    If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the package. You must provide a full, uncut video recording of the unboxing and inspection process within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our customer service team will review the video and assess the damage to determine eligibility for a refund. If the damage is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • 3. Refund Policy:

    Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged during the shipping process and documented with a full, uncut video recording. No refunds will be issued for items damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery. We do not offer refunds for any programming tools purchased from our store.

    Items that are not returned in their original condition, or that are damaged due to customer negligence, will not be eligible for a refund. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet our criteria outlined in this policy.
