You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unavailable after placing the order and payment has been made.
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after the product has been delivered.
Damage caused by the customer due to mishandling.
Product returned without original packaging and accessories.
Used products or items returned in non-original condition.
You must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Provide clear photo/video proof (preferably an unboxing video) of the issue.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be made to the original payment method or as discussed and agreed upon.
We may offer a replacement if the product is defective or damaged, subject to stock availability.
In case the replacement product is not available, a refund will be initiated.
